Home/About
A UK company that writes commerce software and trades physical goods — two things that most businesses keep apart, and that we think are better together.
Mirha Global started from a simple frustration: the people building e-commerce software rarely have to live with it, and the people selling online rarely get software built by anyone who understands what a Saturday looks like when stock levels go wrong.
So we do both. Our software division builds storefronts, marketplace integrations and back-office systems. Our trading division sources, buys and sells real products through those same channels. Each one keeps the other honest.
We are based in the United Kingdom, we work in UK hours, we invoice in GBP, and the person you speak to is the person doing the work.
Not a values poster — these are the rules we actually argue about internally when a decision is close.
We quote what something will cost, including the parts that are awkward to mention. Surprises on an invoice are a failure.
Your code, accounts, data and supplier relationships are yours. If you leave, we hand everything over cleanly.
Enquiries get a reply within one working day. When something breaks, you get a human, not an auto-response.
If a job is outside what we are good at, we say so and point you elsewhere. It costs us a project and saves you a bad one.
Trading physical goods in the UK carries obligations, and we treat them as part of the job rather than an afterthought.
The projects that go well have one thing in common: someone on your side who can make a decision.
Beyond that it is straightforward — tell us the constraint you are actually under (budget, deadline, a supplier who will not move), and we will design around it. The projects that go badly are the ones where a constraint only surfaces in week five.
We will do the same in return. If we think your idea will not make money, you will hear it while you can still change course.
Get in touchSoftware, stock, or both. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will tell you whether we are the right people for it.
