Home/Goods & Trading

Goods Purchasing & Selling

We buy and sell physical products. That means finding the right supplier, landing the stock in the UK properly, listing it where people are already shopping, and getting it to the customer on time.

The trading arm

A working e-commerce operation, not a theory

Mirha Global trades on its own account and on behalf of clients. We run listings, hold stock, handle returns and deal with the same marketplace policies everyone else does.

You can work with us in two ways: buy from us as a wholesale or retail customer, or have us sell for you — taking a product range to market under your brand or ours.

What the trading division handles

End to end, or any single piece of it if that is all you need.

Sourcing & procurement

Finding the product and the supplier who can actually deliver it repeatedly, at a cost that still leaves a margin once it has landed.

  • Supplier identification and vetting
  • Sample ordering and quality checks
  • Price negotiation and MOQ agreement
  • Full landed-cost calculation, duty included
  • Import, customs paperwork and UK compliance marking

Marketplace selling

Getting the product in front of buyers on the channels where they are already looking, with listings that survive contact with the algorithm.

  • Amazon UK and EU, including FBA and FBM
  • eBay, Etsy, OnBuy and TikTok Shop
  • Listing copy, photography briefs and A+ content
  • Keyword research and listing optimisation
  • Sponsored ads campaigns and budget management

Prep, storage & fulfilment

The physical side. Stock arrives, gets prepared correctly, and goes out to customers without you touching a box.

  • FBA prep, polybagging, labelling and barcoding
  • Shipment plans into Amazon fulfilment centres
  • Merchant-fulfilled despatch on our courier accounts
  • Storage and stock rotation
  • Returns processing, grading and resale

Account management

The ongoing work that decides whether a listing makes money in month six, not just in week one.

  • Inventory planning and reorder forecasting
  • Repricing within an agreed margin floor
  • Account health, policy compliance and appeals
  • Customer messages, feedback and case handling
  • Monthly reporting on sales, fees and true net margin
Two ways to work with us

Buying from us, or selling through us

For buyers

Wholesale & supply

You need stock. We hold it or we can source it, supply it at trade terms, and keep supplying it as you reorder.

  • Trade pricing with volume breaks
  • Product data and images supplied for your listings
  • UK delivery, with dropshipping available on agreed lines
  • Proper VAT invoices and clear payment terms

For sellers

Take my product to market

You have a product but not the channels, the listings or the time. We run that side for you and report on what it earns.

  • Marketplace accounts set up and managed
  • Listings written, optimised and kept live
  • Fulfilment handled through FBA or our own despatch
  • Monthly figures showing fees, returns and net margin

From supplier to customer

How a product gets to market

Source & verify

Supplier checked, samples ordered, quality and compliance confirmed before any money moves at volume.

Cost & price

Landed cost worked out including duty, freight and fees, then a selling price that holds a real margin.

List & launch

Listings built across the chosen channels, with photography, content and an opening ad budget.

Ship & review

Orders fulfilled, returns handled, and the numbers reviewed monthly to decide what to reorder.

Questions

Common questions from buyers and sellers

What is the minimum order for wholesale?

It varies by line. Some stock ships from a single carton; sourced products usually carry a supplier MOQ we will quote up front. Tell us the product and the volume and you will get real numbers.

Do you dropship?

On agreed product lines, yes — we despatch directly to your customer under your packing note. We do not offer open dropshipping on the whole catalogue, because we will not promise availability we cannot control.

How do you charge for selling my product?

Usually a management fee plus an agreed share of net revenue, or a straight wholesale purchase where we buy the stock outright and carry the risk. Which one suits depends on the product and how confident we both are in it. We will talk that through honestly.

Who handles UK VAT and import duty?

Where we buy and import, we handle the import paperwork and duty and it is reflected in the landed cost we quote. Where you own the stock, the VAT position stays yours — we will tell you what we think applies, but we are traders, not your accountant, and you should confirm it with them.

Can you build the systems as well?

That is the point of having both divisions. If the trading work exposes a gap — stock sync, repricing, reporting — the same company can build it. See Software Solutions.

Whether you are looking to buy stock or get a range selling, send us the details and we will come back with what is realistic.
