How we handle the personal information you give us through this website.
This notice is a working draft written to cover a standard brochure site with a contact form. Have it checked against how your business actually processes data, and add your registered address and (if applicable) ICO registration number, before treating it as final.

Who we are
Mirha Global Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates mirhaglobal.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at info@mirhaglobal.com.
What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number and message you provide, together with the IP address the submission came from and the date and time it was sent.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which record IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information. These are generated automatically by the hosting platform.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry. This is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us, and a step towards entering a contract where you are asking for a quote.
- To keep a record of the enquiry so we can refer back to what was discussed.
- To keep the site secure and to detect abuse, which is our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless we go on to work together — in which case records are kept for as long as required for that relationship and any legal or accounting obligation that follows it. Server access logs are retained by our hosting provider on their standard schedule.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to our own mailboxes. The service providers who necessarily process data on our behalf are our web host and our email provider. We do not pass your information to anyone else unless we are legally required to.
Cookies
This site uses a single session cookie, set only when you open the contact page, which exists to protect the form against automated submissions. It is strictly necessary and carries no tracking information. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. To do any of these, email info@mirhaglobal.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
